Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling your tour

Please tell us in writing, by WhatsApp or email, if you need to cancel. The cancellation date is the day we receive your message.

Cancellation charges depend on how close to your arrival date you cancel, and on any non-refundable costs already paid to hotels, trains or activity providers on your behalf. The charges that apply to your booking are listed in your quote before you pay a deposit.

Changing dates instead

If your plans change, we will try to move your tour to new dates rather than cancel it. Any difference in hotel or seasonal rates will be confirmed with you first.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to the original payment method once we have recovered any amounts held by hotels or other providers. Bank and transfer fees are not refundable.

If we have to cancel

If we cancel your tour for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid us. If a tour cannot go ahead because of events beyond anyone's control, such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions or civil unrest, we will offer new dates or refund all amounts we can recover.

Unused services

Services not used during the tour, such as a skipped excursion or a night not stayed, cannot be refunded once the tour has started. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended.
